To create an efficient omni-channel experience, there should be a data driven optimization strategy. In this 4 hour workshop, we will go through conversion rate optimization process, data analysis, psychology, evidence based marketing, copywriting and conversion optimized design that can help us to create an omni-channel optimization strategy based on customer touch-points, testing and personalization approaches. This will start with a lecture format but will continue a series of hands-on exercises that will create an environment where we can learn from each other.
